Fees for Services
My goal is to provide you with an attractive and useful website at an economical price. You don't have to pay me until you are completely satisfied with your website. An exception to this would be if the project stretches out to more than two months. In that case, at the two-month date, I'll send you an invoice for 50 percent of the total fee. Then, when your website is completed, I'll send you a final invoice for the remaining balance. All Fees Include:
- Handling the registration of your domain name**
- Setting up your website with a hosting company**
- Designing and developing your website
- Assisting you in creating your text and images
- Creating a custom banner or logo
- Providing test site pages for your review and feedback

Fees vary according to your requirements, but below are some fees for basic websites.
| Basic One-Page website Site. One page may be all you need for your small business or personal website. For example, it could include a custom banner or logo, descriptions of your business and contact information. | $250.00 |

| Basic Three-Page website. Add two Web pages for $200. | $450.00 |
| Basic Four-Page website. Example of four-page site: a Home Page, an About page, a Services page and a Contact Us page. | $500.00 |
| Add more Web pages* for $50 per page on sites larger than four pages. Example: a five-page website for $550. | |

Future Updates. My hourly rate for making future updates to your website is $55 per hour (no charge for minor changes). For updates to your existing Web pages, I offer a service plan which entitles you to unlimited updates. The service plan fee is $10 per month to be paid three months in advance. In addition, if you require my assistance in future changes to either your domain name or hosting account, my fee would be $25 for each operation (such as renewing credit card or redirecting domain name).
